As you know we have some fantastic supporters across the world who are continually coming up with creative and sometimes crazy ways of raising funds for The GLO.
Yesterday we were so thrilled to see the launch of the Hope campaign by Julie Neville and her company Win Naturally. The launch was held at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre, the guests (including us!) were treated to a fashion show with latest trends hot of the London Fashion Week catwalk, an auction with some generously donated prizes including hampers and signed football shirts from Philip Neville and of course first dibs on purchasing the exclusive Hope bracelets.
The bracelets have been designed specifically for us, the gemstone used is called Carnelie, which represents ‘providing a safe and warm home, positive life choices and protection from abuse’ – think you’ll agree a perfect match for The GLO. Proceeds of the bracelet will be donated to the project – you can buy yours here.
Julie has been a Good Life Orphanage champion and fundraiser for sometime now and her efforts yesterday saw some more much needed donations, and as always 100% of which will go directly into The GLO.
A huge thanks to Julie and all the guests who generously donated yesterday, as Mary said your help means so much to the staff and 56 children in Kenya.
